I started my first business in 2015.  After four years of incredibly hard work, I created a beautiful brand that easily attracted new clients and a full workload, but behind the scenes were monthly losses and a meaningful amount of debt.

I gave myself one year to turn things around – and I did.

I remember the exact moment I decided to change. I was sitting on my couch, after confessing to my husband that I couldn’t meet payroll and needed to loan money to my business.

I vowed I would no longer be the kind of person who avoided looking at her problems. I would face them head on with compassion and integrity.
